Editor's Note: An Audience with His Serene Highness

I have run Breaking News Centre for six years, and to reach a level of such gravity this year was a genuine honour I will struggle to top in my career. The exciting initiatives taking place across the Principality covers the expansion of Monaco itself, the huge pushes forward in conservation and shifting scenery of civil development paint a picture of a truly progressive city state.
