Editor's Note: Week Ending 07/01/2016

This week has been a hectic introduction to a new year, and after setting up the film equipment across London, Alblasserdam and Vlissingen, we’re ready to sit and create the Top 100 Documentary for its preview next week at the 2016 Superyachts.com Top 100, in association with Y.CO.

After catching up with the world’s largest builders in Fort Lauderdale last year, the brokers in yellow were the first port of call for the Superyachts.com film team during our first week back in order to discuss experiencing life on board the world’s largest yachts.

This gave way to my first trip on a Fokker 50 propeller aircraft to land in Rotterdam and begin a day’s filming with Oceanco and Amels. Now, while I sit editing the Top 100 Movie together and continue preparations for the 4th annual Top 100 Event, I can only hint at an onslaught of exclusive multimedia content surrounding the world’s largest yachts.
