Editor's Note: New York, New Launches and New Projects

New York is one of the most vibrant cities in the world, and Superyachts.com had the pleasure of joining Nobiskrug in Manhattan last weekend as they conveyed a message of custom yacht building during an exclusive dinner.

We sat down with Holger Kahl and Susanne Weigand, the Managing Directors of Nobiskrug, to discuss what the 22nd Century of yachts will look like, and you can watch that interview here.

While we were away, the industry presented a number of exciting new projects, launches and sales within a remarkably short space of time.

Admiral Yachts in Italy announced three launches in one month, Benetti presented a brand-new Crystal superyacht while signing a contract for another and Amels also worked with Imperial Yachts to sign the build of a new Amels 180.

Next week will see another busy few days for the industry as the London Yacht, Jet & Prestige Car Show attracts global exhibitors to the UK capital. I’m looking forward to heading back to Old Billingsgate on Wednesday to bring you the latest news and interviews from the show.
