Editor's Note: Bringing the Breaking News Centre Back

It’s strange to look back at 2010, where the first ever Breaking News Centre took place in a single tent, located at the end of the port under the imposing shadow of Nero. But it has been the small selection of interviewees and major players in the superyacht industry that joined us then, that are preparing to join us for our sixth year running.

Thanks to the support of the superyacht industry, the luxury lifestyle community and the innovators behind the world of yachting – not to mention the unwavering support of the Monaco Yacht Show – that we’re preparing to return bigger and better than ever before.

Where it was one tent at the end of the show, it is now an entire pop-up village with close colleagues all joining us to bring the latest news and video updates to readers across the globe, directly from the show.

Now, the Monaco Yacht Show is only a week away but I would be remiss to unveil our big announcements and new initiatives prematurely.

All will be revealed in good time, but as our interview schedule grows larger than ever before, I can only but guarantee some incredible news, announcements and insights will be arriving on Superyachts.com from Wednesday 28th to October 1st in a, practically live, stream of up-to-the-minute information.

Until then, we also have an exciting announcement from DeepFlight arriving on Monday, and I’ll be releasing teaser shots and slices of information pertaining to that revelation across tomorrow and the weekend.
