Editor's Note: All Eyes on America

The world has returned from the docks of Port Hercules and the industry is still nonetheless buzzing with signs of life, with exciting reports and new projects emerging as we continue to publish in-depth insights into the world of luxury yachting from the Breaking News Centre.

Gulf Craft came forward today with an announcement surrounding their entry into superyacht market, building luxury yachts above 50 metres. This is a revolutionary step for the UAE builder, who joined us in the interview studio last week to shine a light on the yachting culture of the Middle East.

Mulder Design highlighted a new 72 metre project this week, which is another example of experts moving into a new level of length and size in style. We spoke to Frank and Bas Mulder to find out exactly what it is about their new projects which makes this year one of the most exciting.

The level of interviews the team and I conducted in Monaco was, as previously stated, a new personal best for the Breaking News Centre. Yet, we’re still going through all edits, interviews and stories to bring you the best from the Monaco Yacht Show.

As new superyacht showcases near, we’re readying the equipment and planning on bringing more insights from across the world than ever before, starting with the Fort Lauderdale Boat Show. A giant superyacht showcase which is taking place during an incredibly important time for America, the home to some of the owners behind the latest projects entering yards today.

Stay tuned and, as always, keep us posted on what we may be missing through our social media platforms across Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
